Abdul Karim Will is a seasoned public servant who has worked in the security sector for twenty years. He has a wealth of experience in security sector coordination. He is very good at public speaking, and the ability to mobilize others makes him a suited personality for the professional service delivery that forms the core of Bridgestone objectives.
Michael Sorieba Kamara

With over 25 years of military leadership experience, Mr. Michael Sorieba Kamara brings more than two decades of senior military leadership and management experience to Bridgestone Security and Professional Services (SL) Ltd. Having held leadership and management positions overseeing operations, logistics, and human resources across multiple military departments and subsidiaries. He advises on institutional governance, strategic direction, overarching business strategy, and risk management. As Chairman, he leads strategic oversight and ensures that the company’s business operations meet the highest standards of professionalism and accountability expected by its stakeholders.

Marion Conteh is a certified accountant, human resources and administration professional, and project manager with over 15 years of experience in operations, human resources, administration, and executive management. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, organizational administration, and strategic coordination.
As Board Secretary of Bridgestone Security and Professional Services (SL) Ltd., Marion is responsible for supporting the Board’s governance processes, coordinating board meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring effective communication between the Board and management.
